Returns Info
We understand that shopping online can be challenging, which is why we offer an excellent return policy. If an item doesn't fit or you don't like the color, please email us at winsomeboutique2018@gmail.com to let us know. Winsome Boutique accepts returns of unworn clothing items* with original tags and packaging, as long as you initiate the process within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If your order is delivered in multiple packages, the 7-day period starts from the date of the final package delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. Also, all returned items must be in resellable condition, with tags attached and odor-free. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please include a photo of the damaged item when you email us. We will then send you a return label for the damaged item. Please be advised that all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, clearance items, and beauty products are final sale. If an item comes from a smoking home, we will not accept it for return. Lastly, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S.
